适用于双馈风电场送出线的线电压故障选相方法A Line Voltage Fault Phase Selection Method Suitable for Doubly-Fed Wind Farm Transmission Line

摘要(Abstract):
为了有效识别风电系统在发生短路故障时的故障相,避免因传统选相元件的适用性问题造成损失,提出了一种适用于风电场线电压之间的相关性判别选相方法。首先,分析了风电系统在故障期间的拓扑网络,利用相模变换以及边界条件确定故障后风电场的线电压表达式;然后,分析线电压之间的故障特征,发现在短路故障发生后,各线电压之间主要关系与系统的等值阻抗有关,不同短路故障的线电压突变量具备独特的关联性;紧接着,利用Pearson相关性算法,根据短路故障特征确定相应的选相判据进行故障选相;最后,通过PSCAD搭建双馈风电场并网模型并进行各种故障仿真,输出故障数据,利用MATLAB对不同故障条件下的数据进行处理以及对所提线电压故障选相方法进行验证。仿真结果表明,在不同故障类型中该方法均可以有效识别故障相,并且不受故障位置以及过渡电阻阻值大小的影响,可有效应对风电系统弱馈性、频率偏移以及正负序阻抗不稳定等问题。
